Here are a few questions I get the most. If you do not find what is on your mind, reach out to me anytime, on phone or by email.
Everyone seeks therapy for different reasons. A therapist can show you tools to deal with your problems in a different way, and accompany and support you through hardships and change. If you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, feel stuck, or want to develop yourself and gain self-awareness, therapy might be for you. If you are hesitating, feel free to contact me to discuss your needs further.
At the beginning of our collaboration, we will devote the first 1-3 sessions to talk about what brought you in seeking therapy, getting to know you, and discussing your goals and expectations. During our work together, we will frequently come back to (re)-evaluate your goals, and we will end our journey together when you feel ready to do so. Our work together can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs.
A session lasts about one hour, and it is on a weekly basis. During the process of therapy, we can re-evaluate the frequency of your sessions, depending on the circumstances at the time.

For now, the only payment option is through bank transfer.
Unfortunately, my sessions are not covered by Insurance. The silver lining to that is that there is usually no waiting list and we are free to choose the length of our sessions together.
You can move or cancel your session up to 36 hours before our session. If there is no force majeure, and a session is not cancelled within 36 hours, an invoice of € 50 will be charged.
